Speakers for August are
Bethany Hughes is a Kansas City real estate professional specializing in investment properties, multifamily assets, and connecting capital partners with strategic real estate opportunities. As Chair of the Education Committee for the Kansas City Regional Housing Alliance (KCRHA), she is committed to fostering a better understanding of the housing industry by promoting education, collaboration, and a more informed perspective on the role housing providers play in strong communities.
Stacey Johnson-Cosby is a 35 year real estate agent licensed in KS & MO. For over 25 years, along with her husband, she has been a real estate investor with a personal mission to help people build generational wealth through property ownership. She is also a founding member, or serves in a leadership role, for several coalitions representing the voice of community members from various walks of life including neighborhoods, small businesses, and the housing industry. Preserving private property rights is a priority for her, too. She also serves on boards whose missions reflect a specific interest in housing, community building, and eliminating homelessness amongst Veterans and students.
