Becoming a member

LJC members come from all walks of life. Most are actively involved in managing their rental properties.

Individuals may apply to join LJC as a Full Member, Associate Member or Provisional Member.

Membership Eligibility

Full Member:  Any person owning residential income property in Johnson County Kansas is eligible to apply for full membership in LJC.  Full members have access to all member benefits and have voting rights.  Annual dues are $60.

Provisional Member: Those who are actively seeking to purchase Johnson County, Kansas, residential income property may apply.  Annual dues are $60.

Associate Member:  Any person who owns residential income property outside of Johnson County, Kansas.  Annual dues are $60.
