Julia Fritzlen Insight Investment Advisers Real Estate Investment Adviser Julia Fritzlen, a Kansas City native, is a Real Estate Investment Adviser with Insight Investment Advisers. Insight specializes in alternative investing, primarily the due diligence on passive real estate investments such as Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). Julia focuses her efforts to assist landowners and real estate investors in crafting tax efficient and income producing exit strategies. Julia leverages her analytical and data-driven approach to assist clients in strategically transitioning from active ownership to constructing passive real estate portfolios consisting of DSTs and other alternative investments. Prior to her current role, Julia dedicated close to a decade to the healthcare industry, specializing in capital financing for large equipment procurement. Julia is married to her husband John. Together they have four young children and a black Labrador named Gus. She actively engages in her church and community. She also enjoys traveling, family time at the lake, running, skiing and reading.
